【病情简介】 患者,男性 1998年出生，河南省人，现居住河南省汝南县王岗镇 2008年3月患者在日常生活中出现左上肢发作性向后扭转，同时有日常生活动作笨拙，写字不工整，字迹不易辨别，逐渐出现流涎，言语略不清。病情逐渐进展，至2009年6月初出现行走不稳，易向前跌，行走时需家人搀扶，不能独立行走，发作性躯干向左侧扭转，左上肢后伸，伴有发作性疼痛，讲话时仅能发"单音节字"，渐卧床生活不能自理。于2009年12月份首次入我院，经查"血铜生化结果异常和双角膜K-F环阳性"，确诊为"肝豆状核变性"，予以"DMPS驱铜治疗约10个疗程并辅以保肝、神经营养、中药等综合治疗，患者症状改善，可搀扶下可以行走；但患者仍然存在肢体扭转，主要表现为挺胸，凸腹样动作。此后患者又分别于2010年11月及2012年1月驱铜治疗6疗程及4疗程，患者症状较前进一步改善，目前生活自理，仅行走肢体稍有扭转，动作时肢体稍僵硬。 【治疗前病历】
